How do I download the item(s) I have purchased?
Upon successful purchase, you will be able to see download links on:
- The order received page
- In your order confirmation email
- The ‘My Account’ page if you are logged in
Click on the link(s) to download your purchased items.
Please keep your order confirmation email so that you can re-download your purchased items in the future.
I did not receive any order confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder as your email provided might have flagged it as such.
Can I return/exchange my order?
As digital products are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND NO EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED once the order has been processed and the product download link is sent. If there are any issues with the item(s) your purchased, please let me know and I’ll do my best to fix it.
Can I share or resell my purchase(s)?
All items sold are for personal use only. No part of any product, listing or description may be reproduced or distributed in any form.
You may edit the item(s) you have purchased, but the edited version may not be distributed in any form.
Something doesn’t work? / Spot an error?
Please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase! I always check everything before listing an item, but sometimes I might miss out on spotting some errors.
I bought an item previously and it has since been updated.
You should be able to download the updated file using the same link in your order confirmation email, or via the product listing page if you have an account. If you are unable to download the updated version, please contact me with your original order number and I will be happy to send it to you!
